A Day of Reckoning Coming

12 For the Lord of hosts will have a day of reckoning
Against everyone who is proud and lofty
And against everyone who is lifted up,
That he may be abased.
13 And it will be against all the cedars of Lebanon that are lofty and lifted up,
Against all the oaks of Bashan,
14 Against all the lofty mountains,
Against all the hills that are lifted up,
15 Against every high tower,
Against every fortified wall,
16 Against all the ships of Tarshish
And against all the beautiful craft.
17 The pride of man will be humbled
And the loftiness of men will be abased;
And the Lord alone will be exalted in that day,
18 But the idols will completely vanish.
19 Men will go into caves of the rocks
And into holes of the ground
Before the terror of the Lord
And the splendor of His majesty,
When He arises to make the earth tremble.
20 In that day men will cast away to the moles and the bats
Their idols of silver and their idols of gold,
Which they made for themselves to worship,
21 In order to go into the caverns of the rocks and the clefts of the cliffs
Before the terror of the Lord and the splendor of His majesty,
When He arises to make the earth tremble.
22 Stop regarding man, whose breath of life is in his nostrils;
For why should he be esteemed?

Chang Fest Press Conference – POTATO

Having seen/heard Potato live in a concert here in Singapore, but it is still my dream to attend one that is based in Thailand. Any concert will do, but of course such events like Chang Fest: Rock Summer Festival or even Chick Mountain Music Festival. I’m 101% sure the atmosphere is something that I can call EPIC MOMENT! Let’s hope that day would come soon…

Oh – เกินจะบอก

Meet Oh! This is right on my current repeat list, close to at least 20 times throughout the whole night! The sound of a percussion shaker, slow beat, fluid guitar tones, plus not to mention the soothing melody that made me sway my head in rhythm. Yes, เกินจะบอก instantly got me hooked unto it and I guess there is no turning back on becoming an official fan of his music. Without a doubt, I’m looking forward to a full album release or at least a few more songs by him, till then…

Honeystars for Breakfast

I know I have been absent from the blog arena for way too long, so here I am back with a quick post about breakfast. Just the other week, I received a box of Honeystars from a colleague for my birthday which was definitely a very sweet gesture and also ++ for being very observant of her. Yup, can’t quite stress enough on the importance of having a good hearty breakfast daily and I know in context these days, I would rather sleep an additional 15 minutes, so I bring my breakfast to office instead, but I still have to start my day at home with a cup of coffee!!

What I’ve read from reviews mentioned that the deserts offered at PAUL Bakery (Singapore) can’t be compared with the taste of what is offered in Europe (Not like I’ve been to Europe anyways), but on my end, I thought the the selection and quality was good. The macarons was not bad while a friend liked the fruit tarts more, to each to his own taste. But overall it was a nice experience – nothing like a good cup of aromatic tea, macarons and the smell of fresh baked pastries lingering throughout the cafe while you unwind after a long day.

Drop by if you’ve not done so, who knows you might fall in love with the interior too, well, at least I did!
